At Pur Skin Clinic in Kirkland, WA and Edmonds, WA we are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our elegant and thriving medical spas. Position Overview:

The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) represents our medical spas. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients. They must have excellent communication skills and conduct effective and informative patient recommendations based on the patient's needs and objectives. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting the medical spa products, procedures, and services through education and patient outreach. The role of the Patient Care Coordinator is to achieve business growth through consultative product sales, implementing strategic plans that meet the needs of the customer, and meeting/exceeding the goals of the physicians.

About You

• Previous industry experience – ideally working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology.
• Must be able to understand the practice's goals and create a plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
• Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
• Dedicated to the goals and vision of the practice.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required
• Open availability (this is a 40 hours/week position. We are open Monday – Saturday)

The priorities of the Patient Care Coordinator are:

• To ensure that every patient receives the highest quality care and service from the first moment of contact with Pur Skin Clinic, with a pleasant greeting and positive attitude creating a positive first impression.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service with professional representation during patient interactions, projecting a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping patients a priority.

What you will do:

• Regulate patient flow through the clinic by assisting with patient check in, ensuring any/all necessary documentation is collected, accurately scheduling treatments that optimize providers’ time, communicating with back office, and checking out patients.
• Set the clinic up for success daily by completing opening and closing duties, and taking ownership of clinic presentation by ensuring that cleanliness standards are met if not exceeded to provide a world class experience for patients
• Develop knowledge of Pur Skin Clinics' products, providers, rewards programs, and services to provide information and education to patients
• Answer, respond to, and screen a high volume of phone calls, inquiries, voicemails, and emails with a necessary sense of urgency to make certain we provide five-star customer service for our patients
• Collaborate with management on projects for continual clinic growth and success
• Always observe HIPAA - Respects patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
